Research On Public Participation Mechanism In Villagers' Self Governance

In recent years,the central government has continuously strengthened the construction of grassroots democracy in rural areas,the villagers' self-government system has been further developed,the capacity of grassroots' self-management,self-service,self-education and self-supervision has been continuous improved,which effectively promote the national governance mechanism and the modernization of governance capacity.However,there are problems in the actual works such as the lack of participation of villagers,the role dislocation of the government and the lack of capacity of the village committee,which affect the advantages of the villagers' autonomy system.How to effectively integrate resources and give full play to the multiple participants in villagers,self governance is the problem that needs to be solved in the current villagers' self governance.At present,the grassroots democracy in the rural areas of Fumian District has been achieved effective results,and the villagers'self-governance system has also made certain innovations,but it has not really formed the pattern of "government coordination,village committee organization,citizen participation and social organization cooperation." This paper intends to analyze and elaborate the historical development and current situation of villagers,self governance and the problems existing in the current works,puts forward the necessity of multiple participants in villagers' self governance,further analyzes the role positioning of participants,obstacles and feasible conditions,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the public participation mechanism in villagers' self governance.
