Research On The The Border Protection Of Intellectiual Property Rights In Zhoushan FTA

With the increase of trade regionalization trend and the continuous construction of China experimental zone,the construction of FTA is convenient for China’s trade and investment.On the other hand,the simplified customs supervision rule leads to many transactions,and the intellectual property protection in this area is more difficult.The Zhoushan FTA is a commodity trade and port economic free trade zone,its particularity determines the particularity of customs in the protection of intellectual property border.At the same time,the Zhoushan FTA as the only free trade zone in the third batch of China FTA,its system reform provides beneficial experience for the exploration of the intellectual property border protection construction in FTA.Aware of the importance of the intellectual property border protection in FTA,this paper will first clarify the connotation of " border ",and analyze the particularity of the intellectual property border protection in FTA.On this basis,through the analysis of the existing disputes in FTA and analyze the limitations of the current intellectual property border protection in FTA.Because the development of FTA in China started late,this paper will take the perfect protection of foreign FTA as the recommendations of the legislation of the intellectual property border protection of Zhoushan FTA.
