A Study For Construction Of Clean Government In China Based On The Background Of Internet Plus

Integrity is the state of government that people have been pursuing,and how to build a clean government is an important topic that many scholars in China are studying at present.In March 2014,Premier Li Keqiang at the Second Session of the Second National People’s Congress made a government work report,said,"In order to do a good job in government work,we must strengthen our own reform and construction.And in accordance with the promotion of national governance system and the modernization of governance requirements to speed up the construction of the government under the rule of law,innovation government,clean government,and enhance government execution and credibility,and strive to provide people with quality and efficient services."Thus,the construction of a clean government was formally put into the government agenda.July 2015 the State Council issued the "State Council on the active promotion of Internet plus action guidance",which told us how integrate the Internet’s innovative achievements and economic social areas in deep,so as to promote social and economic development.This paper attempts to use the Internet to explore the path of clean government construction in the context of"Internet Plus" Action.Firstly,the author introduces the background and significance of this study,the research content and methods,and sort out the domestic related study,and put forward the innovation and lack of this article.Secondly,the author analyzes the background and connotation of the conceptions of "clean government" and "Internet+".Thirdly,the author analyzes the effectiveness of the construction of "Internet +"clean government,including the opportunities and risks faced by clean government in the context of "Internet +"Action,and the value of "Internet +" action to promote the construction of clean government.Fourthly,the author analyzes the current situation of the construction of clean government in China under the background of "Internet+" Action,including the new progress,existing problems and the causes of problems,In terms of progress,the author selects three cases to demonstrate,in terms of causes the author analyzes three aspects including social,cultural and subjective aspects.Fifthly,the author puts forward the ways of building a clean government in China under the background of "Internet +" Action,including value,system and society ways.Clean government is a transparent public and credible government.The author hopes that a clean government building in the background of "Internet +"Action can provide useful theoretical advice for the government to use the Internet to provide fair and effective services for the public.
