The association of Forensic Science is the industry’s self-regulatory organization,which is an important part of improving the management of forensic science and a place for judicial authentication institutions and appraisers to self-management and self-service.In our country,The Associations of Forensic Science have been run for many years,and have played a positive role in this process,but they also expose the many weaknesses.2005 the CPC Central Committee who published the<General Secretary of judicial authentication institution of the measures for Administration of registration> expressly provides that forensic science industry executive management mode of double combination which means the judicial administrative organs combine with industry association.the judicial administrative organs in accordance with law to exert guidance,management and supervision and inspection to judicial forensic institutions and its activities.This provision defines the forensic industry trade autonomy,and forensic forensic industry association enjoy the management.Regardless of <the measures for the administration of registration of judicial authentication institutions> and <the forensic procedures governing registration> and <the decisions on questions of judicial expertise administration >has no clearly rule on how to self-management.Article III of <the decisions on questions of judicial expertise administration> provides that provincial Department of judicial administration,in accordance with the provisions of this decision,is responsible for the identification and registration of an accreditation body,roster development and announcements.However,this principle is too abstract,no clearly defined the authority of judicial administrative organs,easily lead to judicial administrative organs in the forensic profession management responsibilities are not clear,and easily lead to the responsibilities of judicial administrative organs in the forensic profession management are not clear.Through browsing the Association of Forensic Science Web site and referencing to related documents,based on forensic expertise on the association between at home and abroad,China’s judicial appraisal trade associations in the body is not perfect,its function is not fully played.These problems not only make the system of the Association of Forensic Science be criticised,restricts the development of the system,but it is also adverse for improving forensic conclusions,the quality of judicial expertise and the sustainable development of the industry.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part describes a number of related concepts,such as the concept of forensic,and depending on the method of the concept to definite the Association of forensic science.In second part,through comparing the Association of Forensic Science on the association between at home and abroad,combined with their years of operation,to analysis the problems exposed in the system,Including principles of organization is not perfect,the Statute was too abstract,missing identification access system,trade association of forensic science issues such as poor,the function is not clear.he third part the analysis the problems of the previous section and provide the preliminary solutions,and express the significance meaning of these improved methods for the system of forensic.
