The Research Of The Uniform Legislation Of Forensic Science

There is no unified legislation of forensic science in our country at present, butonly one forensic science activities regulated document which was focused on forensicscience management made by the Standing Committee of the National People’sCongress existing. The standard of forensic science is scattered, incomplete, disunity,content repetition, different legislative levels, forensic management is not up to standard,forensic procedure is not complete, so it can’t adapt to the requirement of litigationactivities in modern society, and affecting the impartiality and scientifically of forensicactivities. It is necessary to uniform legislation, to solve a good deal problems existingin the current forensic practice. We put forward some immature suggestions based onthe research and analysis of the forensic contention; absorb the research achievementsand suggestions of experts, combining with the forensic practice, in order to furtherperfect the forensic system, management and implementation of the system, and by theconceiving of unified legislation principle, specifications, idea of the framework. Wehope it can give help for establishment of “The law of the People’s Republic of Chinaon forensic science” in nearer future.
