In recent years,the rapid development of civil logistics,logistics field is gradually standardized,systematic,construction related monitoring network system has become more and more perfect,but the military logistics and special logistics field due to the development of confidentiality and other reasons for the slow.According to the relevant laws and regulations,the whole process of special military goods transport need to monitor,the monitoring system is complete and the monitoring personnel less,there is often the problem of missing and not in time,so the special field of logistics has a great demand for remote online monitoring system.According to the process of military logistics transportation of dangerous goods without monitoring the status quo,especially the potential safety problems of military ammunition transport,developed a set of logistics monitor based on Beidou,according to the characteristics of the military logistics system,the design of the material information recording,material localization and path monitoring,temperature monitoring and other functions.The logistics monitor based on Beidou is mainly composed of two parts:monitoring terminal and monitoring platform.In the design of the monitoring terminal,the key technology of the logistics monitoring field are analyzed,including satellite positioning,temperature monitoring and data communication,and choose the most suitable for the system technology is applied to the monitoring terminal from.The monitoring terminal hardware design is mainly composed of Beidou UM220 module,SIM900 A module,MSP430 control module,MCU control is the way to achieve the Beidou positioning module to collect location information,then the MCU temperature control module temperature sensor information acquisition,the MCU data will be collected through the GSM module and sent to the mobile phone terminal monitoring platform.The monitoring platform consists of thecommunication system,the monitoring system and the data system.The communication system receives the data sent by the monitoring terminal and displays it in real time.The monitoring system includes location information,map information and user information,which can be called and displayed at any time.The data system includes Web technology and Baidu's API service technology.The two parts of monitoring terminal and monitoring platform are designed and completed,indoor test and outdoor test are carried out.In the indoor test,each module of the terminal is tested.First,the AD590 temperature measurement module is tested.The result shows that the linearity of the ~100 temperature measurement module reaches 0.996 at the temperature range of 0 degrees centigrade and can be used for temperature monitoring.Then the terminal UM220 Beidou positioning module is tested,and from the results,the positioning accuracy of 2m,120km/h vehicles can be sub level tracking.Finally,the SIM900 A communication module is tested,and from the results,the module can effectively send data to the mobile terminal and monitoring platform.The monitoring terminal is reliable.Then,the monitoring terminal and the monitoring platform are jointly debugged.From the results,we can see that the material information and location can be effectively realized in real-time online display.Finally,the test terminal will be taken to the outdoor for testing.From the results,we can see that the monitoring platform can effectively achieve the positioning of materials,routing,management,information,and other functions.It basically meets the design requirements of special logistics monitoring system,and can be used for on-line monitoring of special logistics.
