Research On Food Recall System

Food recall system is a consumer-end to prevent food defects caused by social harm as the main purpose of the relief system,is part of the recall system is an important part of food safety control system.With the continuous development of the food industry,food safety concerns growing,food recall was put on the agenda,after years of development,some of the world’s more developed countries have established a sound food recall system,although the recall category and Procedures and other aspects of the differences,but for the protection of consumer property safety,safeguarding corporate reputation and economic interests have played an important role.China’s food recall system implementation of the landmark event in November 2002 in Beijing took the lead in the implementation of the "illegal food deadline to recover the system",after Shanghai in 2006 promulgated China’s first food recall requirements,that "Shanghai Food and Drug Administration defective food recall regulations(Trial)",2007,AQSIQ issued the" Food Recall Management Regulations ",the content of the recall of the food made a description of the recall system framework is basically formed.In 2009,the Food Safety Law came into effect,further clarifying the main body of the food recall and the relevant regulatory agencies,and put the establishment and improvement of the food recall system on a new agenda.February 9,2015,the State Food and Drug Administration meeting examined and adopted the "Food Recall Management Measures",the approach will come into effect on September 1,2015,which marks the formal recall of China’s food system Anew stage of development.The Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China(PRC),which came into effect on October 1,2015,has been amended.Article 63 of the revised food recall system has expanded the scope of recall,recalled causes and increased the number of operators Recall system.Although the food recall system is developing rapidly in our country,it is difficult to perfect the system because of the late start.The establishment of a complete and effective food recall system is one of the most important tasks in the field of food safety.In view of China’s current situation of food safety incidents,the large number of food producers and operators and the current situation of the food recall system,this study analyzed the current situation of food recall system and the comprehensive system of food recall and related systems.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the development of food recall system which is more in line with China’s national conditions.
