Prairie is an indispensable part of the balance of ecological environment in the world.Prairie resource even is the most direct supply to people to meet the needs of their lives.No exception,Mongolia grassland also plays a decisive role on the development of Mongolian people,even the survival of them and the land of the Mongolian people to survive.So the effective management of grassland resource and the protection of grassland environment,are associated with the development and weakness of Mongolian people.Mongolia is a nomadic nation,so they think highly of the protection of grassland.No matter from the protection of grassland custom,or the laws and regulations,they had the earlier history.After research and data access,the author divided Mongolia grassland protection into two big kinds to analyze.They are reasonable use of land and grassland ecological protection.On the basis of comparison of grassland environment protection legal system in our country,and wrote the Mongolian grassland protection legal system for our country’s enlighten.This article importantly introduces the nomadic nation from four parts--Mongolian grassland protection legal system.In the first part of the article,I introduce Mongolia grassland ecological environment,including natural environment,social life and natural ecological degradation.The second part is from three aspects to introduce the evolution of Mongolia grassland environmental protection legal system.A detailed description of appearance of Mongolia grassland environmental protection legal system and the process of gradually improve.The third part is the content of this article,mainly for the specific content of current Mongolia grassland environmental protection system and its implementation.The fourth part respectively from two aspects:write Mongolia had an enlightenment to our country in grassland ecological protection and grassland reasonable utilization.And hoping that the establishment of grassland protection legal system in Mongolia can provide some help for our China.
