Currently China is facing increasingly serious population aging problem.On one hand,there is a rapidly aging population,which triggers the conundrum how to provide for the aged,leading to the strong needs of pension industry.On the other hand,ways offered for customers are so limited that pension industry segmentation is not enough,lacking pension products for high-end customers.Nowadays,the high-end real estate including leisure,entertainment and old-age pension is supported by government and gradually developed.However,researches about this topic is relatively less in China,thus a series of problems emerge in projects’conduction process.In view of the shortcomings of the current study,referring to the successful experience in foreign countries,this research takes the endowment real estate project of X company for example to carry out study.Firstly,market survey is conducted in four respects—market competitiveness,market demand,market risk and market opportunity.Afterwards,considering strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the project,SWOT analysis is carried on to achieve positioning of this project.Finally according to the specific characteristics of the project,certain recommendations are provided for business strategy of the project,together with specific services sector built up and estimated investment finished. |
