In 2015,"October 1st tourism golden week" period.In Shandong,Qingdao,a sensation of consumer fraud in the country,the alleged consumer fraud incident is Qingdao "Extortionate price prawns "incident.Once it was exposed by micro-blog,it quickly got the attention and heated discussion of the whole country.Experts in all aspects of the incident raises a lot of questions,this paper will discuss from the legal aspects of analysis,research on consumer fraud legal system of government supervision,and puts forward the measures and suggestions to improve the government supervision of the relevant.From the angle of economic law,this paper analyzes the whole story of Qingdao high price prawns,and discusses the related economic law.The exposure of the "high price prawns" incident not only involves consumer fraud disputes and consumer rights protection,but also involves the defects of our government supervision system.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,our country has vigorously promoted the rule of law and the construction of a government ruled by law,how to improve the system of government supervision and strengthen the functions of government supervision in the development of market economy?how to solve the problems such as unclear power and responsibility of government supervision,unclear legislative authorization,overlapping or overlapping rights,or the blank of right exercise without supervision?this is the focus of this paper.The article takes the actual case from a society as the starting point of the study,and extracts the related economic law problems in the event,and launches the research discussion.The first chapter mainly introduces the origin of" high price prawns " event and was going on,mostly legal problems involved in the incident,but this paper only studies this event involved in the field of economic law,the government is mainly the problem of lack of supervision.Therefore,this paper focuses on the government supervision system.The cause of de in this incident is the dispute over the consumption of commodity prices between the operators' use of consumer fraud and the consumer.In the second chapter,the author simply expounds the theoretical analysis of consumer fraud from the point of view of law,mainly in the aspects of causes,forms and consequences.At the same time,the price of fraud and consumer fraud are analyzed briefly and explains the relationship between law and the consumer fraud events occur in consumer disputes,and finally draws the conclusion,consumer fraud events in its essence is the price of fraud.This paper briefly discusses the price fraud,which is actually one of consumer fraud from the consumer's point of view,and consumer fraud includes price fraud.The core of this article is the study of the legal system of China's government supervision system,according to the "high price prawns" incident to analyze the shortcomings and shortcomings of our government supervision,the reasons for these defects and how to improve the legal system of China's government supervision system.The fourth chapter focuses on the specific reasons for the defects of government supervision,the experience summarization of the effectiveness of government supervision reform in the advanced provinces of China,and the experience of the government supervision system in developed countries.The fifth chapter mainly introduces how to improve the government supervision system in our country and how to improve the relevant legal provisions,according to the event appeared in the social phenomenon and legal problems were analyzed and summarized,and put forward reasonable suggestions and measures to perfect matching.However,whether the proposals and measures to improve our government supervision system conform to the actual situation of the current government supervision system in our country still need further practice in the future.This article is only to explore the possibility of the proposal,whether it can be applied to practice,but also depends on the reform process of our country's political system and the future state of the national economic development.
