The Functions Of Yaan Government Optimization In The Development Of Ecological Tourism

With the development of economic globalization,the call of the ecological environment and demand is increasingly strong from people,the development of ecological tourism is more and more concerned by the domestic and international tourism,the tourism industry has become a new trend of development.The government wants to develop ecological tourism,first of all need to change the way of thinking,actively respond to the party’s eighteen parliament,take the ecological culture and ideas into the work thought properly,change government functions and the way to perform their duties,enhance the ability to perform their duties,to create a good policy for the development of local ecological tourism conditions and market environment.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the development of the ecological tourism in Ya’an,through field survey and research,found that Ya’an ecological tourism resources are abundant,however due to the functions of the government in the development of domestic and international ecological tourism related theories and practical experience to draw lessons are limited,and the low level of economic development in Ya’an,the limitation of concept is not advanced,superior resources into poor result,the functions of the government take the eco-tourism seriously in the process of development,but the performance of their duties in place of the series of problems,such as public service system is weak,lack of supervision system,ecological tourism cognition is not in place,the lack of publicity,unclear scope of protection and lack of coordination management mechanism,etc.Aimed at the main problems,and puts forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions on improving,including strengthen the function of macro-control;highlight public service function;strengthen supervision and management function.The full text of five chapters,the first chapter put forward this paper’s selected topic background and significance,literature review and research ideas and methods;the second chapter explains the concept and theory of eco-tourism;the third chapter analyzes the functions of the government in the development of ecological tourism in Ya’an;the fourth chapter analyzes the main content and orientation of the government functions in the development of ecological tourism in Ya’an;the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the government function in the development of Ya’an eco-tourism.The last is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.The problems of government functions in the development of eco-tourism in Ya’an are universal in our country,this paper puts forward suggestions of optimizing the function of the government,to help the government of Ya’an to better play the role of government,improve the efficiency of development,the eco-tourism development of similar areas in China also has a certain reference.
