Research On The System Guarantee Of Housing Right

Housing is the daily necessities of human life essential elements.Housing is closely related to the survival and development of mankind and is the material basis for people to struggle and expect.The right to housing is a basic human right based on a house.It covers the most basic right of man,and is inseparable from the basic human rights.Citizens' Housing right reflect the degree of civilization of a country and society.To protect the citizens' right to housing,both from the individual point of view or the government point of view are affecting the progress and development of social civilization.First,the introduction part tells the the recent research results and research background of Housing Rights.The first part of the article discusses the origin of the right to housing,and explore the housing rights of the connotation,characteristics and human rights attributes.With the social development of the ever-changing,its connotation is deepening,and the theory of its definition is more and more complicated.But always the same,the right to housing is the basic right to subsistence,is an important part of human rights.The second part discusses the development and change of housing right in our country,which can help us to better understand the existing housing right safeguard measures in our country,and provide reference for further deepening the realization of our country's housing right.The third part mainly discusses the status quo of housing rights in China.It mainly related to China's three major housing security measures and the operation of the existing problems.At present,most of our housing security measures are problematic and are not conducive to the realization of citizens' right to housing.At present,China has not developed the relevant laws and the establishment of specialized responsible agencies,these housing security measures to monitor.Therefore,affordable housing,low-cost housing,housing provident fund these three systems can not play its due role.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions on the imperfection of our housing security system.It is divided into four parts:Improve our relevant legislation,establish specialized agencies,determine the standard and expand the main body.In the process of solving problems in reference to foreign experience,in order to further improve our housing rights protection system services.This article from the history,international treaties,domestic legislation and policies,combined with China 's reality and conditions to study,in order to further improve the housing rights in our country to be recognized,respected and protected.
