Reseach On Problem And Countermeasure Of The Local Government Performance Appraisal:in Erdos,inner Mongolia

At present,the social situation is constantly changing,the government’s management capacity is also undergoing a certain change,because the government’s administrative capacity is related to the fate of a country,therefore,the government performance appraisal is very necessary.With China’s comprehensive national strength significantly improved,China in the world more and more influential.Although China has made rapid development in recent years,there are still some gaps compared with the developed countries.The key reason for these differences is the administrative capacity of the government.China is the communist country,the Communist Party in power,the country’s fundamental principles and policies determined by the government,therefore,the government performance to a certain extent determines the development of the country,this paper mainly reserch on problem of government performance:in Erdos city Wushenqi,Inner Mongolia,this specific example of the analysis.First of all,the first chapter of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the problems studied in this paper,from the background of the topic and the significance of the study of the necessity of government performance.Next,we introduce what is the performance of government,and express the connotation of the topic.Finally,the article introduced the literature research method and the actual case analysis method,the government performance appraisal of the region to conduct a certain analysis.Starting from the second chapter,this article began to cut into the theme,according to the status quo,find the problem,analyze the cause of the problem,put forward the solution to this context to study.The second chapter of the article is mainly about the status quo of the government performance appraisal of Wushenqi government.The performance appraisal of Wushenqi government has made great progress in recent years,but there are some unavoidable problems,In order to solve these problems must continue to reform and innovation.We will actively develop the government performance appraisal of Wushenqi on the basis of the principle of system,normative principle and testability.In addition,Wushenqi in the conduct of government performance appraisal work also set up a certain appraisal program and appraisal procedures,enough to see its emphasis on performance appraisal work.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the problems and causes of the performance appraisal of Wushenqi government.Among them,the problems of performance appraisal are many aspects,including the problems existing in the appraisal concept and the existence of the appraisal stage.Problems,the main problems in the appraisal of the subject,the problems in the appraisal process,the problems in the application of the results;through a variety of analysis to find out the cause of a series of problems.In this paper,the research on the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of local government in Inner Mongolia has been carried out by means of literature research and practical case analysis.Through the two methods to find out the existing problems,The reasons for the occurrence of late recommendations to lay a good foundation.At the same time,the perspective of this study is more specific,from the Wushenqi government performance appraisal system to participate in the main body,appraisal indicators set,assessment methods and other aspects of reform and innovation,for the appraisal of the performance of the government to provide some reference value.The fourth chapter of the article is the most instructive part of this article,the contents of the above chapters are for the content of this chapter to make the bedding,through a series of problem search and genetic analysis,this paper mainly made the following recommendations:change the concept of performance appraisal,And gradually expand the participation of performance appraisal of the main body,to further improve the appraisal of indicators to improve the appraisal methods,improve the government performance appraisal mechanism.Here,we hope that through the study of this article,we can have a certain understanding of government performance appraisal and cause enough attention,these recommendations for China’s government performance appraisal has a certain role,at the same time,more hope through this article described in the trial,The example of government performance appraisal can lead to the reflection of other regional governments,further improve and develop the government’s performance appraisal,and contribute to the development and progress of the country.
