At present,China is in the crucial period of deepening the reform of economic system and perfecting the socialist market economic system,expanding the open economy to a wider level as well.To some extent,modern market economy is a kind of credit economy,credit system plays a very important role in the market economy.At the same time,with the development of China's reform and social economy,social contradictions are deepening,so that government needs to reform the means of governance urgently and enrich the kind of tools.It could be said that China demand mature social credit system urgently.In this context,the Chinese government put forward the "social credit system construction plan(2014-2020)",pointed out that the social credit system is an important part of the socialist market economic system and social system of governance clearly,shows that the Chinese government has pay attention to building a social credit system,and treat it as an important task.However,there are still many problems in the credit environment of our country's social economy,which not only restrict the development of market economy,but also affect the social harmony and stability.Therefore,we must improve our social credit system.In the process of building the social credit system,the power of the Internet can not be ignored.Recently,China's internet industry has shown a trend of rapid development,China has become one of the countries which have large amount of Internet companies.China occupies4 seats among the listed world's top 10 companies of the Internet.On one hand,related products and technology in our country require a high credit service level,on the other hand,they enrich the source of information and dishonesty disciplinary scene.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the positive role of the Internet industry in the construction of China's social credit system,we need the help of the latest Internet industry to promote the development and improvement of China's social credit system.Based on the definition and analysis of the credit system and the related concept of society,this paper states that the social credit system is a system of rules to protect the social credit,is a kind of governance mechanism between legal and moral.The government can safeguard the socialist market economy and the basic order,promote the development of the whole society and realize the good governance of the society by establishing the social credit system.Therefore,our government has built a series of social credit for their own responsibilities.Through the review of the current situation of China's social credit system construction,we could find that although the construction of social credit system has made certain achievements by combining with the development of the Internet,embodied in the top-level design of the system,local credit system construction,key areas of the construction of credit system and credit service market development,there is still a certain gap compared with the Internet requirements.At the same time,the Internet aims to get the credit information by recording the business transaction items and the social network.The integration of traditional credit information in the cloud,as well as the expansion of credit product usage scenarios,make the social credit system broader coverage,more accurate credit judgment,more and more means of governance.However,in the background of the development of the Internet,the construction of social credit system faces two difficulties from not only internal,but also external.The internal construction includes the difficulty of cross platform integration,low data quality,privacy protection and so on.Due to the external environment,it includes the lag of legislation,the ambiguity of main regulatory,the difficult to obtain evidence and other issues.Therefore,the construction of social credit system requires the strength from the government as well as Internet companies under such conditions.The government should carry out the education of honesty and credit,perfect the legal construction,cultivate the credit market,and strengthen the construction of credit government.Internet companies should participate in the construction of social credit system actively,unified industry standards,improve industry regulation,and strengthen the relevant technical research.In short,we must focus on the social management function of social credit system,optimize the social credit system construction in China with "Internet plus" idea.
