Research On The Network Public Opinion Of The Prison

After entering the 21st century,the society produced a new media with the development and progress of Internet information technology.They often have timely dissemination,free and open,influential features.In this case,the prison authorities as part of government agencies,but also because of their own mystery,making the prison authorities public opinion events on the Internet are often more easily visible.And because of the laggard nature of the prison authorities and the publicity and guidance on the adverse,making the prison authorities in response to the relevant network public opinion events are often very passive.This article is based on this attempt to analyze the relevant issues and propose solutions.This paper first explains the definition of network public opinion about prison and components as well as the government network public opinion crisis management theory,and then on this basis,according to the theory of crisis management model,is engaged in the former,three approaches combined with specific case in this paper,the prison authorities in the network public opinion supervision in our country and the causes of existing problems,and draw lessons from foreign developed countries prison network public opinion supervision experience,puts forward concrete countermeasures of our country’s prison authorities deal with network public opinion.The problems existing in the network public opinion for the current prison countermeasures can be divided into three aspects to elaborate.Advance stage around the prison authorities how to establish and improve early warning preparation,how to deal with the relationship between the other network public opinion the object from the prison;Within the prison management;From three perspectives of response mechanism to respectively in this paper,the countermeasures.Matter phase is when the crisis of network public opinion how to according to the prison after negative to the particularity of network public opinion and public opinion events related to deal with crisis theory.Later stage is to do a good job of summary and recovery.This paper tries to combined with the related public crisis management theory and knowledge of the Internet,expounds the current prison authorities may encounter problems in coping with the network public opinion,not only can offer help for the management of the prison authorities and work,at the same time,the practice of public opinion to deal with foreign developed countries for reference and experience,combined with the actual situation in our country,can also for other government departments in China better regulation network public opinion.
