The Parents Committee Under The Rule Of Law Research

With the deepening of administering according to the law and the rule of school,the parents committee as a new form of modern education,parent-school cooperative,has been paid to more and more great attention.The birth of the parents committee to help more and more parents understand the relevant policies of the school and also make the parents have a right in school when it make some important decisions,participate and supervise in the actual operation of the school.In addition,the establishment of the parents committee can carry out a full range of education for students and create understanding,trust,teamwork,harmonious atmosphere for education,integration all power of educational for education.Based on previous studies lack of reflection and analysis of existing research,this study of”primary school parent committee”as the starting point,under the rule of law,deeply analysis of the present situation on the establishment and the operation of it.Different from the previous related topics,this paper based on the perspective of law discusses the current situation of the legalization of the parent committee and how to become more perfect and more in line with the requirements of the rule of law.In the process of research,this paper mainly uses the method of field investigation and questionnaire investigation,etc,present situation on the establishment of the different primary school parents Committees as the foundation,and then research whether related procedures in the process of establishing conform to criterion of the rule.Through the observation and participation in the actual operation of Parents Committee and the evaluation of society and parents,then analysis present situation and finds problems.After that,put forward some measures of criterion of the rule to make primary school parents Committees more perfect in establish and operate,in line with the current environment of rule by law.The study found that in the actual establishment and operation of the primary school parent committees exposed many problems which make it against the requirement and the current situation of rule of law,hinder its way to ruler of law.In the begin of the primary school parent committees,it exposed many problems,such as the electoral process is not standardized,parents committee members work for many years,there is no stipulation about the reappointment,regulatory framework has many problems and parent committees has no fixed workplace,etc.In the actual operation of the primary school parent committees breach the base of criterion of the rule,it exposed many problems,such as parents committee members alienation and lack of right,parents committee members have no way to remedy his right,the administrative department of education and society lack of supervision,parents the committee member lack of law consciousness,etc.Therefore,this paper put forward some measures to promote primary school parent committees based on the criterion of the rule,from the establishment to run continuously use the rule of law thinking,come up with some suggestions to make it become legalization of the parents committee.
