Research On The Development Of Private Pension Institutions In Beijing

Our country has entered an aging society,Beijing also has entered the ranks of aging cities.The healthy and sustainable development of aging society has become a major problem we are facing,but also a worldwide problem.Especially after the implementation of the one-child policy in China from the population and structure change of contradiction,has been concentrated in recent years,coupled with the impact of traditional culture,China's aging society faces more complex problems different from other countries.Because of the current pension services in great demand,and now the public pension institutions in Beijing City,only accept the specific conditions of the elderly,which rely solely on home care,community care has been unable to meet the pension needs of the growing Beijing city.In order to solve the various problems brought by the aging of the population,have introduced the relevant policies from the central government to Beijing,to encourage private capital into the pension services market,but due to the pension market development is still in the primary stage,the policy failed to put in place,there is a short board and private pension institutions of self construction,which leads to a Beijing most of the survival of private pension institutions is difficult,on the other hand,the existing private pension agency service is not in place,unable to meet the growing demand for services of the elderly in Beijing city.This paper introduces the current situation and characteristics of the aging in Beijing and the general situation and problems encountered in the development of private pension institutions,through the investigation of the elderly in Institutions of Beijing City,to analyze the influencing factors of the elderly pension institutions of choice.At the same time,the city of Beijing and three private pension institutions and the head of the elderly were interviewed,and the elderly the satisfaction survey,analysis of its problems existing in the development of private pension institutions in Beijing city and the residents of the service satisfaction of nursing homes.Then through literature research and field visits,summed up the advanced experience' at home and abroad,for private pension institutions in Beijing under the guidance of the government,to solve their own short board,to promote the development of proposals.
