Peaceful development cross-straits requires common political basis of peaceful development which was established by "1992 Consensus". Insisting on "1992 Consensus" is the important foundation and prerequisite for Taiwan's economic stability and social development. In recent years, the frequent interaction between Beijing and Taipei has formed a series of "Constitutional Consensus". "1992 Consensus" is the core and foundation for "Constitutional Consensus" of both sides, "Constitutional Consensus" of both sides includes "1992 Consensus" but not limited to it. As for both sides, there is no contradiction between "Constitutional Consensus" and "1992 Consensus", on the contrary, they were both developed and established on the base of "1992 Consensus" and consistent with it. As an important part for negotiating peace agreement between both sides, "Constitutional Consensus" is the key to deal with cross-straits relations in the future, it has a significant impact on the decision of Beijing and Taipei, and it is vital for common political basis of peaceful development between the two sides of the Straits. Nowadays, all conduct is regulated and guided by law. As for common political basis of peaceful development between both sides, legalization is bound to be achieved in order to adapt to the trend of social development. The result of the legalization needs to be confirmed by official legal document signed by Beijing and Taipei, while the official legal document shall be constitutional and we call it "the cross-strait peace agreement". Reviewing the evolution process of common political basis of peaceful development between both sides-- it takes decades from both sides'respective understanding and confirmation of the one-China principle to the cross-strait peace agreement of future. But both sides and all the Chinese people are working hard to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to strive for a "Chinese dream".
