Research On Highway Large Traffic Incidents Emergency Management System

The emergency management system of Expressway in our country is gradually improved, with the development of society, it is gradually falling behind the actual needs, and become the key scientific problem to be solved urgently.In the course of the study using the literature method, observation method and experience summarizing research method, elaborated the highway central emergency management system different from traditional events. The status quo at home and abroad of expressway emergency management system as the foundation, the ability to adapt to the organization system on the environment as the research focus, has important practical significance for China’s expressway emergency management system and improve the ability of emergency management.Combined with the characteristics of expressway emergency, this paper describes the management system from the point of view of system organization, and designs the organizational process.
