The Regulation Of Network Of Public Opinion Research In Innermongolia

The Internet has become an important carrier for people to comment and participate in the deliberation and administration of state affairs. This has greatly broadened the channels for the people to express themselves and has played a great role in promoting the democratic development of China. At the same time, we should also recognize that the Internet is a double-edged sword, which is good for social development if it’s in good use, otherwise, many negative effects may be generated. Consequently, government need to strengthen the supervision of public opinion on the network. Located in the border, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has relatively complex internet public opinion with its mingled political, economical, cultural, social and national problems. Thus it’s becoming more significant of good supervision of the network public opinion.This paper is divided into four parts, and the first part is the introduction:firstly, the background and significance of the network public opinion study was elaborated, secondly, the literature on the network of public opinion research was studied, thirdly, research content, ideas and methods were explained, finally, some innovations and shortcomings were put forward. The second part discusses the basic problems of network public opinion supervision and the importance of strengthening network public opinion supervision in Inner Mongolia. The third part analyzes the current situation from the aspects of setting up network public opinion organs in Inner Mongolia, working methods and achievements, and then listing problems from the aspects of network public opinion disposal efficiency, coping style, government-public communication, daily monitoring, departmental supervision and so on and making in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems above. The fourth part puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the supervision of internet public opinion in Inner Mongolia from the aspects of strengthening the modern public opinion, promoting lawful supervision, clarifying the division of labor, perfecting the management organization and strengthening the team building.
