Research On The Problem Of Preliminary Investigation Of Duty-Related Crime

In order to continuously strengthen the efforts to investigate duty-related crimes,as well as to better protect the personal and property rights of criminal suspects,the procuratorial organization has gradually perfected the preliminary investigation system in the process of handling cases of duty-related crimes.However due to the particularity of duty-related crimes and other reasons,there are still many problems in the theory and practice of preliminary investigation work,which seriously affect the effectiveness of preliminary investigation and the investigation of duty-related crime cases.Based on the analysis of the concept and nature of preliminary investigation of duty-related crimes,this paper analyzes the problems in the actual operation of the preliminary investigation system in detail,and puts forward the idea of improvement,with a view to improve our country's preliminary investigation system of duty-related crimes so as to serve the investigation of duty-related crimes more effectively.
