This study from the Strength Perspective,Using the Resilience theory to explore the left-behind children how to develop well.and which resources and strengths can be developed and used from themselves and the environment around,as well as how the operation of the resilience of children left behind.Through the qualitative research of 10 University Students who have the left-behind experienced find that: Children left behind will face pressures and challenges,the individual and the environment will occur and contain the resources,children left behind with the original family,school,relatives,peers,partners,village together to provide the external protection for the children left behind through the interactive process;Resilience characteristics of children left behind contain self-personality,family responsibilities,Thanksgiving emotion,interest and expertise,as well as positive thinking and other inherent advantages for children left behind providing internal protective factors.New study found that: the first,the operating model of the children left behind resilience compare with the operating model of Kumpfer resilience can find features of the Chinese local resilience,resilience of children left behind in the process of operation includes two interactive.One is the interaction between the left-behind children and external support systems,and the other one is the interaction between the parents as the leading external support systems.Both have a positive interaction will help improve the level of resilience of children left behind;secondly,The key to the resilience of children left behind is their own strength,the strength of spiritual and the power of action can stimulate consciousness,promote functioning of resilience children left behind,this is the left-behind children can successfully adapt and the fundamental strategies.Research tells us to pay attention to rural children left behind to grow their own strength and to be developed.Foster the resilience of children left behind has great significance to the healthy development of children left behind.
