Investigation And Study On The Ideological Status Of Employeesin Small And Micro Enterprises In The County Of The East Of Hubei Area

At present,our country is in a period of social transformation of a well-off society in an all-round way,and economic work has become the highest point of social concern.As an important force to promote our country to well-off society forward,small and micro enterprises are playing an important role in promoting innovation,expanding exports and increasing employment.With the progress of China’s reform process,the party and the government has recognized the importance of small and micro enterprises which belong to the special enterprise groups.Compared with the relatively mature and perfect state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises,small and micro enterprises have existed problems which have become serious obstaclesin the small and micro enterprises,including great disparities developmentin the respect of management system,allocation of human talent and capital,developing environment and so on.In addition to the above problems,in fact,small and micro enterprise employees’ ideological and political education is ignored,and this is an important factor affecting the sustainable development of small and micro enterprises.To do small micro enterprise ideological and political work,to stimulate the enthusiasm of their labor production,to fully play their creative,the first step is to acquaint the ideological status of small and micro enterprises’ staff and the investigation of the ideological status of small and micro enterprises’ is a clearly effective way to understand the small and micro enterprises ideological status of staff.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter which summarizes the characteristics of small and micro enterprises and illustrates the significance of the investigation of the status of staff and workers in the small and micro enterprises.is the significance of the small and micro enterprises in the county.The second chapter is small and micro enterprise status of H County and survey data analysis.Firstly,this chapter introduces the basic situation of small and micro enterprises in H County;secondly,using some surveying methods,selecting some small and micro enterprises’ staff as the sampling object to investigate;at last,analyzing of the survey data.The third chapter is the basic situation and the cause and analysis of problem in small and micro enterprise employees in H County.The content of this chapter is based on the survey data of the ideological situation of the small and micro enterprises’ staffin H County,and analysis the causes of the problemfrom four aspects.The fourth chapter is to resolve the problems of the small and micro enterprises’ staff in H county.This chapter mainly illustrates the content that provides the solutions of small and micro enterprises’ staff in H County from four aspects in ideology of enterprises’ leadership,mechanism of ideological work,methods of ideological work and humanistic concern.
