| Advantageous environment for online anti-corruption has been formed because of improvement of Network infrastructure,increasing netizens,the rise of user-generated content mode and the trend of anti-corruption in the society.This study on online anti-corruption bases on the value-added theory,and it aims to help understand the significance and influence of online anti-corruption.It can help with the perfection,rationalization,and standardization of online anti-corruption system.With the study on online anti-corruption,government can better deal with the public opinion about anti-corruption and improve its innovation management ability,which can help to reduce corruption behaviors.Using literature analysis method,qualitative research method and case study method to study cases in recent years,the author summarizes the stage characteristics and general characteristics showed on the online anti-corruption cases.From the perspective of value-added theory,online anti-corruption are studied as an internet collective behavior,and its reasons,influence and countermeasures are studied in this paper.The rise and normalization of online anti-corruption result from the change in social structure,the social structural depression,the formation of generalized belief and the increase of corruption as well as effective social mobilization and the decline of government control.The normalization of online anti-corruption improves the efficiency of anti-corruption and allows public scrutiny to work.It becomes deterrents to bureaucratic corruption and stimulates the innovation of social management.However,it may cause political cynicism,result in the decline of government creditability,the imbalance of citizens and polarization of public opinion.The study suggests that a three-dimensional online anti-corruption system should be set up,through setting the basic principle and adopting emergency management strategy and long-term strategy,online anti-corruption can be well developed. |
