Research Of The Transformation From Rural Party Building To Urbanization Communities Party Building

The grassroots organization of China Communist Party is the bridge or link between the party and people, is the party’s entire work. Grassroots organizations in the community plays a very important role, is the basis of the party’s organizational and governance foundation. Promoting grassroots party building is an urgent requirement to improve the party’s ability to govern at the grassroots level and ruling position, and to maintain and develop the tradition and advanced of China Communist Party. The reform and opening which is lasted for over 30 years breaks the traditional urban-rural dual structure, establish a socialist market economic system, leads to increasingly rapid urbanization. Political, economic, cultural and social tremendous changes in our country is a shock to the traditional sense of the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, which formed an integration grassroots party organizations of urban and rural, and eventually formed into urban communities grassroots party organizations. Researching of rural and urban communities grass-roots party building, analysis of its characteristics, is great positive significant for the promotion of rural and urban undertakings. Under the new historical period, facing the new requirements and new tasks, the party’s grassroots organizations is going better, made a series of major theoretical and practical innovation results. At the same time, there are still many problems. Strengthening grassroots party building is a fundamental guarantee of well-off society and harmonious society. In view of this, this paper is divided into six parts, focus on "Research of the Transformation from Rural Party Building to Urbanization Communities Party Building—Case in Tianxin District of Changsha City". The first part is article introduction, which have introduced the research background, significance, research conditions, research methods and innovation. The second part discussed the basic issues, such as the building of grassroots organization of China Communist Party, urbanization, rural party building, urbanization communities party building, the transformation of grassroots party building, and summed up the Chinese Communist Party grassroots theoretical origins. The third part focuses on concept, characteristics, contents, purpose, types of the transformation from Rural Party Building to Urbanization Communities Party Building. And the fourth part focuses on the problems and causes of this topic. The fifth part made a more comprehensive discussion and analysis to Tianxin’ s experiences,practices, products and problems on grassroots party building, and analysis the causes, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve party building work under the urbanization process. The last part proposed the ideal state of Grassroots organizations. Anyway, this study hopes to provide some theoretical and practical reference and guidance for the building of grassroots party organizations.
