An Empirical Study On The Governance Of "Village Official" In Huangmei County, Hubei Province

Village official is the most basic level cadres in rural areas of China, is a special kind of grassroots cadres in China, which is widely existed in our country. Village official responsible for propagating and implementing the policy of the party and the state, bear the responsibility to lead the rapid development of rural, of all things in the local have a certain management rights and their influence on the development of rural areas is quite large. Considering the present situation of our country, a large number of village, has reached about five million people, play in rural areas the overall role is very prominent. Therefore, village of integrity, honesty problems for the rapid development of the rural areas has a very important influence, for the position in the eyes of the masses of the people of Party and country also has a very deep influence, for the stability of the rural areas also played a crucial role.
