The Comparison Study Between TPP And China About The Intellectual Property Enforcement

The TPP is an Asia-Pacific regional trade agreement dominated by America, with twelf negotiation participants. This article contrasts the diffierences about the intellectual property rights law enforcement rules between TPP and China in civil law enforcement measures, criminal enforcement measures and border enforcement measures,then analyzes the reasons of high standards of intellectual property law enforcement rules inTPP,futher analyzes the influences in the two aspects of economy and policy on China this and analyzes the external and internal measures of China's responding to the TPP high standard of intellectual property rights law enforcementrules. Last points out the defects and the development trend of this paper. This article mainly adopts the literature analysis and comparative analysis to the comparison of the TPP in intellectual property inforcement rules and the related regulations in our country. Although the TPP has been successful negotiated, but China as a trading country has not taken part in the agreement, this article can provide the reference of China's resonding to the intellectual property law enforcement of TPP through the analysis of it. The author thinks that economic globalization is the trend of this age the TPP can produce reversed transmission mechanism to China's domestic economic reform, so China should join the TPP both on the aspect of enony and policy under the premise of the sussessful negotiation of TPP.
