| Political work is the lifeline of Chinese army, an important factor in the battle effectiveness of the armed forces. Forest armed police is the only one in the world taking forest fire prevention and fire-fighting as the central professional task. Fire-fighting is exercised in difficult conditions, harsh environment, facing heavy task. Especially with the construction of ecological civilization and modern forestry industry, political work in fire-fighting requirement is enhanced, safety pressure is high. Officers and servicemen are constantly confronted with blood and fire, life and death test. Political work must adapt to the situation of mission requirements, serve the generation and improvement of the combat effectiveness of the armed police. It is for the forest police a very realistic and urgent topic.This paper first analyzes the mechanism of political work generating the armed police forest troops combat capability, then summarizes the main problems existing in the forest combat capability, studies its causes, and finally aiming at these problems and applying public administration experience and knowledge, puts forward the main ways and methods to generate the forest armed police combat capability. |
