Military Sports Serving Teacher Education Programs Of Teaching Quality Evaluation System

Using the methods of survey research, mathematical statistics, stratified analysis and intangible synthesis evaluation, being guided by the educational evaluation theory, and according to the characteristics of the courses and the cadets' facts, the author studies the basic evaluation principle and foundation about the quality evaluation index system of the Specialized Curriculum in the military sports incumbency education. The research constructs the system of the quality evaluation of teaching the Specialized Curriculum in the military sports incumbency education by analyzing deep particularly the various factors that affect the teaching quality. At the same time, the constituted evaluation indexes have been revised by the method of meta-analysis and "Delphi". Besides this, using the method of stratified analysis to calculate the weight of every evaluation indexes, then working out "the evaluation scale of the quality of teaching the Specialized Curriculum in the military sports incumbency education. In the end, the author studies the rate of the synthetic evaluation result of the different groups which resulted from questionnaire, and makes the statistical process to analyze evaluation with result by the method of intangible synthesis evaluation.The conclusion shows that, the evaluation index system is systematical, omnipotent, objective, and scientific. The evaluation scale is logical, scientific and practical. The evaluated result by using the evaluation scale is objective, precise, and effective. The research result is a very good reference that can be provided for the teaching and research sections and the administrative departments to take charge of education, furthermore the research makes very usefully tentative to consummate the educational evaluation theory of military sports incumbency education.
