Research On The Judicial Public Works In Qinhuangdao

Judicial reform is the focus of national new work, and the judicial public is central to determine an important task for the deployment of a new round of judicial reform.Judicial public is the important measure of the people’s court for pursuing activist, is the pursuit of the system guarantee of the judicial transparency.Perfect judicial public can make the people close to the judicial, participation and supervision of the judicial, shed the judicial mystery, reduce the distance of the people and the judicial, increase public trust to the judicial, sets up the judicial authority.Questions about judicial publicly, no matter in practice or in theory, has been studied. But,through the comprehensive analysis of the status quo of Qinhuangdao judicial public, it is not difficult to found that judicial public still has many problems in our city. Further analysis, we found that the root of many problems in the practice of related judicial public theory research is insufficient, the judicial public guiding ideology is not unified,insufficient understanding of the value of judicial public, judicial public without effective and administrative management, lead to all sorts of problems in judicial practice. So, the guiding idea of judicial public is the premise of judicial public smoothly.This paper advance from the Angle of the combination of administrative and judicial public, on the basis of the analysis of the existing research, to construct the theoretical basis of judicial public. Specifically, this paper first discusses the interaction of the judicial system of public and social, the judicial public system as a tool can play a role of society; Second, the focus from established judicial public system analysis of Qinhuangdao judicial problems existing in the construction of public administration, is intended to study value of judicial public system itself and administrative relations, and the logical relationship between them, and find out the problems existing in the current city judicial public work; Finally, put forward by the author as the deficiency of Qinhuangdao judicial public work put forward some own opinions and Suggestions.Should first establish a scientific concept of judicial public, public and the media pressure could not prevent the problem of judicial justice and law, the judicial personnelshall be clear to recognize their own position, improve their qualities and professional skills, experience to the judicial public work to be done better. Second, improve the city’s judicial public platform construction, speed up the development and promotion of judicial public APP, update the content of the existing platform in time to interact with the general public to answer the problem of the general public. To strengthen the construction of Qinhuangdao judicial public platform integration, and enhance the quality of judicial public Qinhuangdao.
