Study On Educational Practice Andeffect Of “Fire Volunteer Training Camp” Of G College

"Fire Volunteer Training Camp" of G college is not only a fire volunteer organization which comply with the rules of "China Fire Volunteer Action", but also a method for educational innovation. The positive study which used the second classroom activities and police-school collaborative education way to put quality education into practice all round.This research takes the education practice of "Fire Volunteer Training Camp" in G college as the object and from the organization management of training camp, the training activity, the volunteer service activity. This paper makes most of the method of questionnaire, interview and literature, then summarizes its main experience and founds its existing problems. Further, the ultimate goal is to provide factual basis for quality education in colleges and universities.The basic conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Through the unique way of collaborative education to implement the training, learning, and volunteer service activity and so on can promote the all-round development of campers. Its development is mainly embodied in the three dimensions of knowledge, ability and quality, and the development of the quality dimension is remarkable while the development of knowledge dimension is poor. In addition, the male campers' development in general, knowledge dimension, capacity dimension, quality dimensions are significantly higher than that of female campers.2.Training camp organization and management begin to have features, but there are still a lot of deficiencies. Training camp has a clear organizational objectives, establish a distinctive organizational structure and leadership system, form a distinctive organizational culture. What's more the training and learning system and volunteer service system are basically established. At the same time, there are many problems in training camp, such as the system construction is poor, the department functions are not clear, the training system is not perfect, campers' right only get part of the protection, fire volunteer identity has not yet been approved by higher authorities, the campers development archives as not yet established and so on. The lack of organization construction is not conducive to the further development of training camp, at the same time it also affected the comprehensive development degree of campers.3.On the one hand, the campers in all kinds of volunteer service activities maintain the campus order and guarantee the safety of the campus; on the other hand, they fully perform the social service function and at the same time they promote the social reputation of G college in the social service.
