Study On The Popularization Of Ecological Culture

The construction of ecological civilization is an important measure which is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood and to realize the great Chinese dream.Since the 18 th national people's congress of communist party of China was held,the party and the state put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent strategic position and will strive to achieve the mainstream values of ecological civilization which will be implemented in the whole society in 2020.Ecological culture popularization as an important content of the construction of ecological civilization is a process that makes the ecological culture become easy to understand and truly become common values of the whole society in a popular way and makes it internalize into the public's ideas and values and makes it translate into lifestyle and behavior of mass consciousness.Ecological culture popularization is of great significance which provides a scientific world outlook,ethics,values and view of science and technology for the construction of ecological civilization,provides spiritual motivation,intellectual support for the construction of ecological civilization and regulates the public behavior.The party and the government gradually realized the importance of ecological culture popularization.Based on the national conditions,drawing on the achievements of human outstanding civilization,strengthening cooperation,we have made some experience in the work of ecological and cultural popularization.However,based on the current Chinese basic national conditions and due to the economic system reform,our values are faced with the problems of diversification.At present,the process of ecological culture popularization does not meet the growing needs of the public culture,ecological culture is not really accepted and absorbed by the public which is faced with the "Giddens paradox".Aiming at the present situation,we put forward some pertinent suggestions in this paper:under the principle of adhering to the unity of inheritance and innovation,the unity of the nation and the world and the unity of being dominated by the government and the public participation,the government constructs the order of the ecological political culture through the discourse practice of the political socialization in the public sphere;establishing and improving the system and mechanism of ecological culture popularization;strengthening the education of ecological culture and innovating education method;innovating communication modes and taking a popular and easy way;ecological and cultural workers create the popular cultural works which always putts the cultural needs of the masses in the first place;promoting the realization of the popularization of ecological culture with the lively and vivid language propaganda ecological culture in the macro and micro aspects of the proposal.However,due to my limited knowledge and insights,there may still be many deficiencies and there is yet to be further explored.
