The Female Prison Policewoman Ability Structure And Training System Research Under The Background Of "the First Standard"

Based on the proposed of reducing the crime rate of released prisoners which is proposed by X prison to reach "the first standard", this paper gives the definitions of the ability structure, training system of policewomen in female prisons, and "the first standard" by using the theory of ability structure an human resource training an development. Moreover, we get the ability structure existed and possessed in the future of policewoman in X prison through the research. At the same time, we discuss the training system of X prison about five aspects including the improvement of system, the analysis of training needs, training plan, training implementing, the evaluation and feedback of training effect.
