Credibility Of Government In Building Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

During a new period, Chinese characteristic socialist construction has entered a new stage with both opportunities and challenges. Within this period, various contradictions are fierce and intensified so that the credibility of our government is a challenge. In this context, the third plenary session of the eighteenth communist party of China central committee proposed on deepening administrative reform, promoting the specific requirements of national governance systems and governance modernization. The study of credibility of the government has a contemporary influence to the society. Researches on the Government's credibility are inseparable from the premise that building socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is highlight that the credibility of the government needs to follow the basic rule and principle of characteristics of Chinese socialist construction.The aim of first part is exploring the connotation of the credibility of government. Researches on the credibility of the government would start from two levels. Firstly, exploring the content of government constuction. The credibility of the government should involve two aspects: government and the public. Government credibility builds an interaction between these two factors which involved in this research. The government credibility mainly related to the credit of government and the public trust for government. Secondly, exploring the generating basic of credibility of the government. In addition, a clear theoretical basis for the study of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the government's credibility has important guiding significance.The aim of second part is to clarify the characteristics of China's socialist construction and to enhance the credibility of the government's value. There are many domestic and foreign academic researches about credibility of the government, but for the background of Chinese socialist construction characteristics researches are difficult to find out. From the historic study, the socialist development of China is in transition now and changing the pattern of interests. Conflicts showed that the demends from the public is increasing and the credibility of the government has a positive practical significance in promoting the construction of China's socialist characteristics.Moreover, the credibility of our government has some problems in recent years. Our government aim to have a successful credibility, but the fact of the credibility has a downward trend. On the basis of relevant research data, it showed that the downward trend in the credibility of the government is a common problem all over the world. Starting from the reality of our country, we find that our government credibility problems can be considered from two angles that the first one is government's own problems caused decreasing in creditworthiness; the second is that citizen satisfaction decreased in recent years.Finally, exploring the methods to improve the credibility of our government. Currently, the credibility of the government study is a systematic project, this system would involve all the aspects of the society but not just the government. Firstly, to hold the main position of our government is the key factor to improve the credibility of the government transformation. Secondly, the improvement of government credit is a basis for building credibility of the government. Thirdly, encouraging the participation of citizen to improve quality of government services is an effective way to help the credibility of the government. Fourthly, cultivating a mature society organization is a long-term cure to improve the credibility of the government.
