Quality of Forensic Identification is how the Forensic Identification activities meet the legitimate judicial impartiality, scientifically accurate and valid proof. The quality of forensic appraisal is of great importance. It does not only influence the reputation of forensic institutions and appraisers, but also have direct relation to the finding of facts, adaptation of laws and protection of the public legitimate rights and interests.In order to regulate judicial appraisal industry, according to the State Department Authorization,quality control of Forensic Sciences,The Ministry of Justice has issued a series of departmental regulations and regulatory documents like <Admini stration of Registration of Forensic Science Institutions>.The provincial judicial administrative organ,according to the Ministry of Justice ministerial regulations and local legislation,issued a judicial appraisal management rules accordingly.Lawsuit Fore nsic court also made clear that such matters.Combining with the current judicial practice, Currently, some problems which have existed in forensic appraisal for a long time, have not been restrained yet. These problems involve multiple forensic apprais als, repetitive forensic appraisal and long-term forensic appraisal without decision. In recent years, the number of law-related appeals keeps increasing and stays at a high level. The society shows strong concern for these problems. the reason is the presence of Forensic quality problems.Forensic practice focused on issues of both Forensic program flaws and defects in judicial expert opinion.For the current forensic quality problems in practice, we can control them from the following two aspects. Firstly, improving the judicial appraisal procedures and management mechanisms norms. Secondly, strengthen the supervision of the judicial appraisal proceedings.
