| Corruption is a historical phenomenon, and Marx believed that private ownership is the root of corruption. When he predicts the future of the country, he proposes the construction of Inexpensive Government envisaged, that is, using administrative cost to achieve optimal administration as little as possible. The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to fighting corruption and upholding integrity, especially since The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China promotes clean government and anti-corruption struggle with a firm attitude, strong leadership, clear-cut, adhere to "the tiger", "the fly" playing together, and handles cases with greater efforts. They always maintain a high pressure situation against corruption, tries to eliminate the cancer which harms the health of the body of the party, inspire the people, and pure the ranks of the party. With the development of the anti-corruption, network monitoring has become a social reality which cannot be ignored. It has also become a popular way to voice themselves, a new weapon for exposing corruption, and an important channel for the construction of country anti-corruption in the new period.With the popularity and development of Internet technologies, citizens are demanding more of their right of network words. Because of its characteristics— —being interactive, timeliness, equality, flexibility and so on——the Internet offers a platform for the different groups in different sectors of society to supervise. It has also shown no substitute for greater power in network supervision and anti-corruption. However, each coin has two sides. We should see the network supervision wisely. We use network supervision to reduce anti-corruption, to promote social equality participate in awareness, to stimulate citizen participation and to improve governance. We should also realize network supervision and constraint mechanism is not perfect, that network monitor usage is inappropriate, that false information is spreading, and that the abuse of Internet opinion is interfering with the course of justice.Based on Marxist philosophy of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to bedding, from the perspective of strengthening the construction of ruling party’s anti-corruption, network monitoring application in anti-corruption was discussed. By analyzing features of network monitor in the fight against corruption, I conclude some measures considering the current situation, and anti-corruption diversity. I compare network supervision anti-corruption with traditional supervision; I use case research method to analyse and conclude cases, thus obtaining the advantages of network supervision and avoiding its disadvantages in reality; through the literature research method, I get objective related information, on how to strengthening network supervision and how to put it into application; from individual to general, the analysis of its nature property and development, considering network supervision as an emerging in recent years against corruption, we can better understand the development process, further analysis of network supervision and put forward corresponding countermeasures, making it a more formal, more effective new way of anti-corruption. |
