The Internet has brought the world to our great changes, so that we can more easily access information, and promote exchanges between people. In the early days of Internet for the exchange between science and technology education, defense and other fields, in today's society, the public network of consumer, business, communications, entertainment and other activities more and more. Networks are increasingly integrated into our lives, become an indispensable part of advertising inevitably appear on the network. Internet advertising add luster to our lives, but it also brings a great challenge. With the rapid development of the times, its network technology and marketing quickly into our lives, which are for generating online advertising has laid a solid foundation, now, the Internet is the main industry of online advertising, strong vitality, both countries e-commerce very seriously, and we strive to be seen as a powerful weapon for the new round of international division of labor. Internet advertising and traditional advertising is not much different in comparison, but compared with traditional advertising have more room for development, and this form of online advertising varied. Because Internet advertising and traditional advertising are different in form, and therefore derived a number of law-related issues, China's online advertising market is not very mature, so self-regulation in the market is very weak, so, Internet advertising will be rapid development in the future, therefore, related laws and regulations to establish and perfect a timely manner.This article is based on the proposition of the impact of the Internet has brought to our lives being thrown. Convenience progress and development of network technology at the same time, it is inevitable that come with all the negative impact of online advertising is the product of the network economy, because the two sides of things, we see economic interests, nor can ignore and condone the proliferation of lawlessness. From the legal point of view, for the new offenses are defined in legislation and practice not detailed enough, which is used herein to explore and research. September 1,2015 introduction of the "Advertising Law" is the main legal basis for this article, because the changes enacted in 1994 from the "Advertising Law" has been for two decades, the new "Advertising Law" modify the rate lower than large, the hot issue nowadays mostly into the scope of its regulation, reinforced the behavior of mass media advertising supervision, and further enhance the deterrent effect of legal liability, and improve the advertising supervision system. The new law formally introduced the concept of online advertising and related countermeasures, also exploring the columns of this paper, namely the implementation of the relevant provisions of the legislative changes and the implementation.
