The Current Situation Of People’s Livelihood In Huaihua And The Corresponding Policies

As the continuous deepening and development of comprehensive reform, China has greatly improved its economy and well-being of the whole society, and thus people’s livelihood receives attention from every parties. In the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, the idea of “five-in-one” was first put forward; and strengthening social construction must improve people’s livelihood and innovate management, and the construction of people’s livelihood has gradually become the focus of governments’ work in various degrees.After collecting the basic theories of people’s livelihood and the data about the construction of people’s livelihood in Huaihua, this article puts forward the corresponding policies on the basis of the former researches and analysis of the current situation.This paper analyzes the construction of people’s livelihood in recent years and illustrates the relevant basic theories. After concluding the problems in the construction of people’s livelihood in different areas, this paper generalizes that the construction of people’s livelihood should be done in the following 7 areas: establishing long-term schemes and regulating the index of people’s livelihood; strengthening economy and enlarging investment; guaranteeing the equality of education and pushing forward the development; improving the welfare of the society; assisting the poor; making the health insurance sound; and constructing the indemnificatory housing.
