Modernization Of Ethnic Affairs Management Under The Perspective Of New Situation

State management modernization is an important symbol of a nation’s civilization degree.There are many indicators to measure a country’s civilization,such as productive forces development index,the degree of democratization,the national moral accomplishment,the condition of social harmony and stability,etc.,but the governance level of modernization is the important target and evaluation scale.In such a large family of many nationalities in our country,promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability is an important content of promoting the modernization of national affairs management.Promoting the modernization of national affairs management is inevitable requirement to promote the modernization of national governance under the new situation,an important part of the national management system and management ability,an effective response to the current national affairs which has become increasingly complicated in regional national autonomy in China under the background of the challenge of a new initiative,a foundation engineering which highlight the socialist system with Chinese characteristics advantage,the long-term to resolve the current China national affairs problem,ensure stability and unity of various nationalities.This paper puts forward the thesis of “regional national autonomy of national affairs management modernization” under the new situation,aimed at further promoting the national management system and management ability of modernization process,and its theoretical basis is Marxism theory,and its fundamental purpose is combined with the historical experience and modern management theory,to a certain extent,to promote a better solution of the ethnic affairs in China Region.National autonomy system is an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.The paper based on the stick to ethnic regional autonomy system,on the basis of combining the new situation,analyzed the challenges and problems of the time on the current situation of the regional national autonomy,and pointed out the direction of the regional national autonomy,the needs to be improved,then briefly described the connotation,contents and character of the modernization of governance,thus put forward the way to promote the modernization of our national affairs management according to the reality of modern management theory and China national situation.
