The 29th Summer Olympic Games was held in Beijing in 2008,the Eleventh National Games held in Shandong Province in 2009,the Sixteenth Asian Games held in Guangdong in 2010, the 30th session Olympic Games held in London in 2012,the Youth Olympic Games held in Nanjing in 2014,Chinese sports delegation all achieved excellent results, showing the spirt and the level of sportsmanship to the world. But with the vigorous development of sports undertakings,the rapid growth of the number of athletes, it also made the job placement issues of athletes become more prominent and caused the concern of every field.Because of its unique geographical factors, Heilongjiang Province has a unique advantage in winter sports. But as a high-risk winter sports items, sports injuries more serious, so the retired athletes resettlement issues become more prominent. Due to sluggish exports athletes such that the inlet has problems, lack of reserve forces athletes influence the sustainable development of sports undertakings.Given the sport more employment characteristics of different projects, this paper selects retired athletes as research subjects of the track and field project, snow-ice and heavy athletic events in 2010 to 2014 in Heilongjiang province, and integrated use of literature questionnaire, expert various research methods interviews, logical analysis, mathematical statistics,etc, from the circumstances of athletes and the basic conditions of employment placement to discusses the status of high level of job placement of retired athletes in Heilongjiang Province, including income level, occupation stability and national job placement satisfaction analysis, several ways of job placement and relevant policies on job placement in Heilongjiang Province and. Job placement of retired athletes to arrive there low quality of employmentjob placement narrow channels, policies on job placement imperfect. Conclusion that there are many problems in the job placement of retired athletes, such as low quality of employment,narrow channels of placement,policies on job placement imperfect and so on.On the basis of the advanced experience of foreign countries, it proposed ranges of suggestions to improve athletes aftercare:from basic education, reform the teaching model and strengthen the combination of sports schools and basic education education to enhance their cultural education; from the training mde, improve the mechanism for training athletes career planning and career transition period to strengthen the reserve forces, etc.; from the establishment athlete social security system, strengthen the process of building the Social Act of athletes security, the design of the specialized agencies strengthening other aspects of system construction;from encourages athletes to start their own businesses, relax the conditions to enter college to study and into the school vocational education, broaden the channels athletes job placement; from individual athletes, sports teams, as well as countries in three areas to solve the problem of job placement of athletes,promote flourish and improve the social security system of sports career.
