| Since 18 th CPC National Congress in November 2012,Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee under the new domestic and international environment and begin to enter a period of Strictly Governing the Party. Three years has passed by,we have made great achievements in theory and in practice. In practice, the fight against corruption has improved the Party’s image significantly,while in theory,the theoretical system of Strictly Governing the Party has been formed. This system not only inherits the Marxist party-building theory, but also developed and expanded elements and path of Strictly Governing the Party,which is to achieve the combination of Scientific Governing Party and Strictly Governing the Party.This paper focuses on main line of strictly governing the party since 18 th CPC National Congress in November 2012 and summarized the related theory of its practice.The full text is divided into six parts; the preface part made a briefly introduce on the topic, the research status at home and abroad,the background of this paper; The second part combined the theoretical source and historical trajectory of its development of Strictly Governing the Party from a historical perspective; the third part discussed the background of Strictly Governing the Party from both domestic and foreign perspective and summed up practical reasons and background of it; the fourth part analyzed six elements of it, include the people, institutional mechanisms, laws and discipline, educations and advocacy, supervision, political ecology and summed up the system and the movement of its elements. The fifth part discussed in depth about the fundamental and security role which the Strictly Governing the Party has play in “ Four Comprehensives” and make the relationship between Strictly Governing the Party and other three Comprehensives clear; Finally, there is a comprehensive discussion of the theoretical and practical significance of it. |
