The Construction of the Party Style refers to the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)’s normative construction of the proletarian vanguard nature on the party members’ thought,work,study,leadership and individual life style,which assures the purity and advanced nature of the party members.Since the establishment,the CCP always adheres to the Party’s style construction.After the 18th national congress,the Central Committee of the CCP(CCPCC)successively put forward the " Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy ",and for the first time upgraded the party’s construction to the basic strategy of governing principle and politics with putting forward the Comprehensive Strictly Administering the Party thought.It is certain necessary to do research on the Building of the Party Style thought due to being the most important aspect of Comprehensive Strictly Administering the Party though.To the attitude construction as the breakthrough point of the party’s construction is the most significant features of the party’s construction after the CCP’s 18th national congress.Currently,the Chinese Communist Party is facing enormous challenges and dangers:"the test of power,the test of reform and opening up,the test of market economy,and the test of the external environment",and "danger of spiritual slack,danger of insufficient capacity,danger of being divorced from the masses,the danger of negative and corruption.In front of the challenges and dangers,CCP adhere to the "while the iron is hot still needs its own hardness" to get rid of the danger and face the challenges with its own party style construction.After the CCP’s 18th national congress,the CCPCC attaches great importance to the party’s style construction,especially take it as referring to the national survival.Under was evidence of corruption he/she will be punished.At the same time,the party regain "criticism and self-criticism," the fine work style,and strengthen democratic supervision of inner-party and non-party.All these activities have important significance to the party’s style construction.The Thought of the Construction of the Party Style after the CCP’s 18th national congress presents characteristics as strategic&comprehensive;pertinence&effectiveness;high standards&strict requirements;institutionalized&normalized;concise&simplicity features.It enriched and developed the Marxist party theory of style construction,rules party members and cadres to enhance the public awareness of the people and the party’s self-purification capacity,achieved a new style management mechanism of congress are concluded.The fifth part is the conclusion part.It points out that the practice and thought development of the Party’s style construction has realized the institutionalized and normalized
