Study On The Example Education Of The Chinese Communist Party In Yanan Period

Virtuous and respected model since the ancient was known by the people,people admire their behavior and spirit that guide more people as a role model to learn and to follow them.Model plays a very important role on social development,and therefore previous dynasties leaders of our country attach great importance to them.They respectively take a series of methods continuously improve the effectiveness of model education.However,with the policy of reform and opening up,western political,economic,cultural and other ideas permeates all aspects of Chinese society,the nature of people to pursue money and interests has been gradually digging.Too perfect example model makes it impossible to close,people are more willing to accept some folk success or the stars of entertainment industry as their models.The role of model education has not been fully played.Model education so attracted people from all walks of life to doubt.Yan' an,as a leading center of the Anti-Japanese War,the total base area of liberation war and the much-anticipated revolutionary sites,has trained a large number of shining example,the example has inspired thousands of lofty ideals into production and revolution,creating one after another miracle,and achieved the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War,realized the national independence.It is proved that the period of Yan' an gathered numerous example,we can not ignore the period of the example education.Explored the model education of Yan' an period deeply and thoroughly is helpful to improve the effectiveness of model education.Therefore,this article use the literature research and text analysis from the following several aspects to inductive and summarize the basic situation the model education of Yan' an period.First,this article summarizes the models of Yan' an period,show the fruits example education during this period.The model education of the communist party of China in this period has a special significance to the history of ideological and political education.In addition,this article also shows the spirit of self-reliance and hard work,courage in the face of the enemy and serving the people heart and soul.Second,this article has explored the methods of model education of Yan' an period and concluded that the methods of model education during this period mainly include setting a good example,contesting and praising the winner,educating over and over again,commemorating the heroes and making recommendations to others again and again.And it has concluded that the model education of Yan' an period in such aspects as material,spirit and system achieved significant results.Third,this article through policy support,model selection,model education and re-education and model publicity from four aspects to summarize the main experience of the communist party of China in Yan' an period.Finally,the historical experience of the Chinese Communist Party's example education in the Yan' an period is based on the current situation of the example education,and put forward the constructive suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the example education.
