Research On The Work Of Neighborhood Committee Satisfaction In The City Of ShenYang

The standing committee passed the City Residents Committee Organization Act marked the foundation of the rule of law. The Residents Committee is a self-management, self-education and self-service autonomous mass organizations at the grass-roots level, which lays the important foundation of democratic dictatorship and urban grassroots regime. The community links the government with the people. In China urban areas over 400 million residents exercise the power of autonomy which contains the power of self-management of economic, cultural and social affairs by the system. Residents’satisfaction measurement models is based on residents’demand as the guidance and take the residents as the main body to judge the committee work measurement system. The model can reflect the different levels of residents’demand and also lead the improvement direction of residents’committee work. Meanwhile, the implementation of the measurement also enrich the way of democracy at the grassroots level practice, improve the responsibility of neighborhood cadres and more importantly to realize of democracy at the grassroots level in our country.After the survey, this article set up the structure variables included by residents cognition, expectation fairness and so on. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 residents in Shenyang, Liaoning province, using describing statistical analysis and structural equation model method to analyze the data validation model. Results show that firstly, the actual survey data and the theoretical model has good fitting, this model can be applied to the measurement; Secondly, the level of residents’ committees job satisfaction is low; Thirdly, according to the results, level of education monthly income, career and areas have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The years’living, gender, marriage, status of politics have a little affect on residents’ satisfaction. According to survey, this paper comes up several measurements to improve the level of job satisfactions such as to improve the economics, the cadres’professional level and residents’service level.
