Therefore, making reasonable and effective power of supervisiona and restriction must be imposed. The operation of the environmental administrative power if lack of effective supervision and restriction mechanism can also cause corruption. In practice, the destruction of the ecological environment, the deterioration and pollution of environment, environment accident cases are gradually increasing and become a stumbling block development road in our country have to face, most of the underlying reason of the environment accident is administrative power lacking of cooperating with the others. This not only damaget the dignity and authority of environmental law, also resist the development of the environmental law in China. How to build and improve the supervision of environmental administrative power effectively is a big problem in the field of environmental law theory.This paper argues that environmental legislative, judicial and law enforcement process need to strengthen the supervision. If strengthen the citizen participation and supervision in the process of legislation, environmental laws will be more perfect and more easily implemented,the provisions of the judicial and law enforcement supervision mechanism will also strengthen the supervision of environmental administrative power, which will promote environmental administrative subject legal responsibilities actively, thus helping to improve the implementation of the environmental law. Finally, this article in view of the present our country the main problems existing in the environmental administrative power supervision mechanism, perfect the environmental administrative power supervision mechanism, strengthen the supervision of the authorities, judicial organs, administrative organs, as well as the social supervision, improve the environment supervision legal system, the innovation way of supervision, strengthen the right to restrict power mechanism functions such as Angle put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
