Research On Supervision Mechanism Of National Supervision Power

The reform of the national supervisory system is a major political system reform related to China’s constitutional structure.The profound intentions,the clear goals,and the responsibility are the outstanding features of this reform.This has also led to many important theoretical propositions and practice-oriented,how to construct a complete supervision mechanism of national supervision power is an important topic of discussion.The fundamental purpose of supervision mechanism of national supervision power is to ensure the normative exercise of monitoring power and monitoring measures in the domain of the rule of law.The supervision mechanism of national supervision power has its own characteristics,functions and theoretical basis.The effectiveness of China’s current supervision mechanism of national supervision power is reflected in the initial establishment of the scope of supervision authority,the basic formation of the empowerment supervision mechanism,and the basic legal system has been formulated,but it also exists lots of problem,which there is no uniformity in the supervision mechanism for the exercise of supervision power,the supervision and supervision mechanism for supervision has not yet been established,and the mechanism for examining the main responsibility of supervision has not been established.The reason for the imperfect supervision mechanism of national supervision power is the existence of interaction delay between the top-level design and the institutional reform,the tension between the various supervisory mechanisms,and the construction of the supervision mechanism has a short board.Judging from the law of the formation of state supervision power,the improvement of supervision mechanism of national supervision power should follow the principle of procedural rule of law,and supervise in all aspects which consists of various links and stages of generation of supervisory power.It is suggested to construct and improve China’s supervision mechanism of national supervision power inthe following four aspects: the first is to improve the supervisory power supervision mechanism;the second is to improve the supervisory mechanism of the supervisory power;the third is to improve the supervisory power to exercise the supervision mechanism;the fourth is to improve the supervision and supervision mechanism of supervision rights.
