With the popularity of Facebook, Twitter and other SNS(Social Network Service), domestic SNS are increasingly flourish. Sina weibo, QQ space, the circle of friends of Weixin has become a monopoly in their own field. This article is to these three as a starting point, at present the most popular social networking platform to explore forwarding persons and follow-ups. It is worth mentioning that the theoretical circle, there is no such forwarding persons came up from the Angle of the horizontal analysis and comments of tort liability. So this article made a lot of the groundwork before the formal argument, mainly from several aspects.Firstly, on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign related literature and case review, I am have a general understanding about the network infringement and infringement of weibo at home and abroad,and then I use it for a long time, and realize the use of the microblogging and characteristics. I used different SNS also. Then, I analyze the characteristics of different social platform according to my real experience in using.Secondly, I analyzed the copyright infringement case with weibo as a starting point. I really understand the connotation of the fair use principle, and then as a breakthrough point to analyze the forwarding behavior and transfer behavior of the infringement. Then, I analyzed forwarding persons and comments in different conditions different situation. Finally, I took the QQ space and the circle of friends of Weixin to do contrast.Thirdly, I, in turn, analyzed the possible frequent infringement of reputation and privacy. Then, I analyzed the poster and the infringementer of SNS and forwarding persons and comments tort relationship.Finally, I finally come to some reasonable Suggestions, in order to alleviate social network infringement phenomenon after I made the detailed analysis.
