Study On Several Legal Issues About The Dispute Of South China Sea Islands Between China And Vietnam

The South China Sea islands have a special and important strategic position in the Asia Pacific region, south China sea is rich in natural resources such as oil, fish, combustible ice, combined with the influence of the United Nations convention on the law of the sea, the south China sea surrounding countries covet the South China Sea islands.China has the indisputable sovereignty over the South China Sea islands by preoccupation from ancient times,which is recognized by Vietnam and international society in history.
