The Study About The Thought Of Four Self-capacity Of Building Of CPC

Hu Jintao on January 9, 2012, in the party’s 17 th central commission for discipline inspection at the 7th plenary meeting firstly point out that, the members and leaders of the party must improve the abilities of self-purification, self-complement, self-innovation and self-improvement. The report of the eighteenth meeting of national representative of the party has furtherly expounded the thought of four self-capacity of building of CPC. After the eighteenth meeting of national representative of the party, Xi Jinping, the general secretary, has illustrated the thought of four self-capacity of building of CPC in different occasions, push this new thought to the forefront of the party’s theoretical research. Therefore, this article attempts to research the source of theory,practice foundation,character of theory, practical value of this thought, and the path of improve this four kinds of abilities.First of all, this article through describes the connotation,inner link and logical relationship in new great project of party building of self-purification, self-complement, selfinnovation and self- improvement, in order to lay a theoretical foundation for describe the source of theory,practice foundation,character of theory, practical value of this thought, and the path of improve this four kinds of abilities.Secondly, this thesis detailed and deeply expounds the character of theory, practical value of this thought. In terms of the character of theory, the thought of four selfcapacity of building of CPC has several characters such as self-consciousness, selfconfidence,innovation, perspectiveness, generality. It demonstrates that our party has a new understanding for the thought of self-construction. It reflects that our party more awakening, firm and ripe in politics. It demonstrates that our party thought the fundamental problem again which about self-construction. This thought deeply reveals the governing law of our party. It highly generalizes the basic content and path of party construction. In the aspect of practice, the abilities of self-purification, self-complement, self-innovation and self-improvement are the keys to strengthen the consciousness of the ruling such as the awareness of object, grief, innovate and develop for our party. At the same time, they are internal conditions for our party to consolidate the ruling basis in every aspect such as politics, economy and culture. Besides, they are source for our party to expand and optimize the ruling resources such as theoretic resources, organizational resources, historical resources, and the resources of people’s trust. They are important weapons for our party to resolve the ruling risks.In the end, the thesis states the basic paths from three perspectives of improving the spirit and cultivation of the party, strengthening internal self-awareness, establishing and perfect various of mechanisms. In the aspect of improving the spirit and cultivation of the party, our party must study diligently, improve the theoretic quality; our party must firm ideal faith, improve the political quality; our party must adhere to “the party manage themselves,run the party strictly”, improve the quality of organizational discipline. In the aspect of establishing and building various of mechanisms, our party should constantly perfect the training and educational system, assessment and supervision mechanism and democratic mechanism.
