As the third-generation theorist of the Frankfurt School,Axel Honneth inherited and absorbed Hegel's theory of recognition,George Herbert Mead social psychology,Frankfurt School's social critical theory and Michelle,Foucault's theory of power,he established the content-rich and unique theory of the recognition of justice.The theory profoundly answers major social and political issues such as “why need to recognize”,“recognize how to be possible” and “how to achieve a better life”,realizes the ethical-political turn of social critical theory,and focuses on the construction of contemporary theory-practice The theory of justice of value.Its pursuit of goals and normative requirements is intrinsically consistent with the realization of the current subject rights.Therefore,this article introduces Axel Honneth's theory of recognition justice to comprehensively discuss subject rights.Use Honneth single recognize specification to discuss the subject recognition relationship under the current situation,and summarize the main content of subject rights.Combining various forms of infringement suffered by the current subject rights,we explore the causes of subject infringement through the theory of plural justice.On this basis,according to the division of Hennet's recognition field,with a view to a better life,and based on the safeguarding and safeguarding of the subject rights,the main approaches for the realization of contemporary body rights are deeply explored from the three aspects of love,law,and solidarity.Find ways to realize the right to freedom enjoyed by the subject under a justice environment,so as to lay a solid foundation for fully obtaining the rights of the subject and ushering in a comprehensive and beautiful life.
